Today’s shocking news item of the day comes from the NHL, where Wild winger Derek Boogaard was arrested for allegedly beating up a guy in an altercation in a nightclub in Regina, Saskatchewan. Actually, the news is really that Regina, Saskatchewan has a nightclub.
Although we can’t condone athletes going around and beating the crap out of people, this guy had it coming. You don’t mess with Derek Boogaard. He’s the kind of guy you avoid just in case he gets mad that you’re breathing his air.
