Ty Law near deal with Patriots or Cardinals
The Dirt: Former Jets cornerback Ty Law recently pulled out of the 14th annual Tony Dorsett/McGuire Memorial Celebrity Golf Classic at Treesdale Golf & Country Club as he nears a contract deal with either the Arizona Cardinals or the New England Patriots.
The Spin: The Kansas City Chiefs were also rumored to be in the Ty Law sweepstakes, but were reportedly reluctant to give him the high signing bonus he wanted.
