Steve Foley shot by police
Chargers linebacker Steve Foley was shot three times in front of his home by an off-duty cop after refusing refusing to pull over when suspected of drunk driving.
But it wasn’t the drunk driving - just like when he was arrested in April for resisting arrest, battery, and public intoxication, Foley likes to get the most bang for his buck. A policeman tried three times to pull Foley’s car over but he kept speeding away. Foley got out of the car and came toward the officer, at which point the officer identified himself as a policeman and fired a warning shot. Lisa Maree Gaut, a passenger in the car then starting driving toward the officer and he fired two shots at the car, then pumped three rounds into Foley after Foley reached toward his waistband.
Hey, if you’re going to get arrested, you might as well go all out. He didn’t have a chance to rip off his pants and start peeing on people, but he probably would have if he did.
