Madden curse claims Shaun Alexander
Shaun Alexander, cover boy for Madden 2007 which was released just weeks ago, is out indefinitely after a bone scan found a “small crack” and “displaced fracture” in his foot. Alexander is just the latest casualty in a line of Madden cover subjects dating back to 2000, including stars such as Donovan McNabb, Ray Lewis, & Daunte Culpepper.
Just out of curiosity’s sake, we’d like to see what would happen if they put the Texans offensive line or the Detroit Lions on the cover. Most likely a black hole would manifest out of nowhere and suck them into oblivion.
