Familiar faces could join Pistons this offseason

Dumars can’t speak about Hill and Rose because they are under contract with their respective teams. Wells, originally drafted by the Pistons, is a free agent.
Moles say Wells is the most likely to sign. Wells appeared ticketed for Auburn Hills last offseason. Many expected Memphis would buy him out of the last year of his contract. Instead, he was traded to Sacramento.
The Spin: The departure of Sidney Lowe is interesting - the article notes that he and Flip Saunders were seen arguing over playcalling. Even more interesting is the mention of former Pistons draft pick Bonzi Wells making a possible return to the team, and Pistons president Joe Dumars also possibly targeting Grant Hill and/or Jalen Rose - and both being more of a possibility than one might think.
